I have been doing triathlon for close to a decade now. A lot of the sport is repetitive by design, but that is also what I like about it: endurance and strength slowly accumulating through carefully planned sessions, one block at a time.

Most of my key bike workouts happen indoors on a turbo trainer, and those sessions tend to be very watt-driven. Zwift is great once the workout is loaded, but getting a coach’s instructions into the right format can be surprisingly annoying. A session might arrive as something like: 10 minutes warming up at 120w, then ten rounds of 2 minutes at 190w with 30 seconds at 100w between each effort. Simple to understand, painful to punch into Zwift or TrainingPeaks by hand.

So I made this small tool. Write a structured bike workout in plain text and export it as a .zwo file for Zwift or any compatible trainer app.
